This assessment uses your answers without independent document verification. It is not a legal or technical opinion, a returns assessment or a promise of financing. Do not enter owner names, exact locations, contract numbers or documents.

How does scoring work and where is data stored?

We use transparent rules, not AI document verification. Answers are weighted; key gaps cap the construction score at 39, 64 or 84 points. These are screening rules, not statutory thresholds. Transaction preparation is assessed separately. Unknown answers earn no positive points.

By default answers exist only on this page and are lost on reload. Save on this device creates a local browser copy, also accessible to others using the same browser profile. It is not a cloud account. The resume file is your own copy — keep it safe.

Only after explicit submission with consent are the report and contacts saved in the site's Supabase database as an enquiry accessible to authorised administrators. What does Ready-to-Build (RTB) mean?

In practical terms, an RTB project should have secured land rights, advanced or completed permits, a sufficiently clear grid connection path and documentation that allows construction to begin without a lengthy additional development phase.

Does the result officially certify a project as RTB?

No. The result is an initial screening tool. Formal status can only be confirmed after reviewing the relevant permits, agreements, designs and project-specific conditions.
